Premature Menopause Tests, Have Questions Posted: 02-23-07 18:33pm
I have a question, I have been tested for
Premature Menopause and I don't understand
the results... Can someone help? I'm 34
white female, no kids, never been
pregnant, irregular cycles all my life...
I think I bought my last box of Tampons a
year ago!
FSH results say 1.3 mIU/mL (I can't tell
where I lie on the charts)
Estradiol says 92 pg/mL (Seems like I'm at
the low end of in range)
TSH says 1.314 uIU/mL (Seems like I'm at
the low end of in range too)
Prolactin says 13.1 ng/mL (Seems like I'm
in the middle)
Can someone interpret this for me? My
physician said I'm at least not in
Premature menopause but am I lower than
normal females my age. Seems like I am
from what I can read..

Go to your gynoclogist again and don't be
afraid to straight up ask any information.
She would know the stats exactly anyways
cause shes a specalist.
I know I have low FSH and progesterone,
but I don't know exactly what amounts I
have. I was too upset to even ask after my
gyno told me I was diagnosed with POF. But
Im gonna go back and get tested again.
