Hi Ladies!
Just thought I'd ask all the experts here

about weight gain
and some good idea's for healthy snacks
that fill you up! I am 12 weeks pregnant,
and I am starting to show already. Of
course the arse and thighs have gotten
bigger, and I have put on about 4 or 5
pounds so far. Not sure if this is a
decent weight gain or too much so early
on???
I am still going to the gym about 2-3 days
a week and eating pretty good - not more,
just more consistently.
Does anyone have some suggestions on some
good and yummy snacks to munch on that
doesn't have alot of fat and sugar? I've
been eating fruits and nuts, etc... but it
sometimes upsets my tummy.
Suggestions on a decent weight gain total
for pregnancy? I am curently 5'5" and
weigh about 156 right now.
