Not Able to Manage My Pain.... Posted: 02-24-07 02:33am
It's really paining for me noww..on my
shoulders..knees find swelled..my hand
joints and all are paining..its almost
1:05 pm over here..but still it's cold
here..when cold increases my pain also is
increasing..these winter seasons(months)
am not able to cope up with this
pain...soo sad..still crying....
What's the matter with me..?

sounds like arthritis. Very common for the
pain to increase when it gets cold.
Swelling in the joints is also common. Try
and keep the joints warm by wrapping them
or wearing gloves if the knuckles hurt.
aspirin or Ibuprophen are good for this
type of pain of you don't have any
stomach problems. And the hard part is to
keep moving the joints that are affected.
Keeping the joints immobilized will
stiffen them up. Granted of course that
you have arthritis.

2 yrs befor when i consulted a dr he said
that there's no prblem with me..but i
found that in his prescription note on the
right side he wrote in small as "poly
arthritis"..no one knew abt this..only i
saw tht..then i dnt c any dr's since this
day..
Are U sure that this's arthritis??
I dont wish to(but i have to) eat pain
killers bcos it'll cause me sleep a lot..I
am an abve avg student..and i hav to sudy
a lot..so.....!!!!!
I study during nites..(nearly upto 2 am)
Nites also my pain increases very
much..sometimes my knees get swelled
up....etc etc
will my pain go by treatments?Is it such a
painful condition??
