Skin Turns Red
Posted: 02-24-07 16:18pm

ive been having this problem for about 5 years now and its really getting annoying and embarrassing. when ever it gets hot or i scratch or touch any part of my body with some pressure my skin will start to turn red and bumpy where the contact was made. it goes away in 10 - 30 minutes. does anyone know what this is and how i can treat it?

Maybe you just have very sensative skin? does your clothes running against your skin cause it to? or is it only hot contact? Is it only when you thouch it? or when anyone touches it?

your skin may be too dry. try applying lotions/moisturizers that have aloe in it.

It might be a heat rash, I get those, but only after long contact. Like if my legs are crossed for a while I get a rash or it turns red. But if it happens imidiately than I am not sure. Have you seen any doctors about it?

it really depends on what kind of lotion you put on. some lotion may provoke rashes if your skin is sensitive.
