Would it be safe to use Hyrdocortisone 2%
creme on genitals (specifically scrotum)?
I have a kind of large patch of repeatedly
dry skin, and Hyrdocortisone 2% fixed the
same thing on my face a while ago, so I
was thinking it would help with the dry
patch of skin on my scrotum, just making
sure this stuff is safe to use down
there.

Yes it's safe. Just keep the cream away
from the urethra.

i would assume its safe. just as long as
it stays on skin and doesnt get inside the
urethra or any other opening. vacilene
would also work well, too, however its
oily.
