what kind of food do you eat? it could be
swelling on your arms due to water
accumulation.

I have to admit that i dont drink to much
water, and i eat alot of soup and
cereal... I use to suffer from
hyperthyroid and in 2005 i went from 170
pounds to 100 pounds, in 2006 i started to
gain weight i weigh 150 im 5"6,
i dont think im over weight but the weight
i gain is in my arms and legs, it really
makes me look fat, and what really bothers
me is the fat in my arms.. i need help in
losing it, i started to do excercise for
my arms but it was just getting the
muscles hard and i really dont like that ,
it makes me look like a mans arm What can i do to
lose that fat in my arms???

liposuction.
You can not spot reduce fat any other way.
You lose fat proportionately. So 10% fat
off your arms, is 10% fat off on your
stomach or face.
If you really hate your arms, then you
might have to consider liposuction.
If you want skinnier arms, you will have
to become a skinner you.

i would never do liposuction... thats the
fastest way to ruining your body. i have
an herbal supplement that i tell my
clients to take, it helps reduce water
retention in their arms, legs and
waistline. You might be eating too much
salty food, which could also cause
swelling on your arms and legs. if you
want to know what it is, you can pm me.

herbal supplements. Not trying to attack
here. But you also have to be careful of
"herbal supplements". Just because they
are herbal/natural does not make them
safe.
Check out if they are safe before taking
any supplement anyone suggests, especially
on forums such as these. No one has to
give there names here, there is no proof
of credibility.
Buyer beware.

definitely beware of which herbal
supplements you take. that's why it is so
important to consult with a health
professional or seek a nutrition
specialist about it first and find the
correct supplements for the condition. and
definitely need to get it from a reliable
company and not just any brand.

The facts are as follows:
1) spot reduction is nearly impossible,
although...
2) on a reduced caloric diet, with a
proper fitness routine, frequent vigorous
massage in the problem area might
stimulate increased fat loss in that area
3) when calories in < calories out, you
will lose fat rather than gain fat,
therefore the solution is to figure out
your daily maintainence calorie level and
never exceed it.

Doing exercises for your arms wont give
you manly muscles. This only happens to
females that take steroids and such.

How Do I Work Out? Posted: 05-09-07 09:02am
Hello all,
I have decided to work out on 5/7 and have
been doing 2 hrs. per day since. Which is
very good for me considering I have no
self discipline. I am 21, weigh about
145lbs. (I usually weigh 135) and I am
5'4". If you saw me you would think I
weighed 120lbs. Nonetheless I want to
have nice muscular legs, a killer back and
a 6-pack. I used to run track and had a
great body, but no endurance. My new work
out consists of;
-30 minutes doing a light walk on the
treadmill
-30 minutes doing a very brisk walk on the
treadmill (working up to jogging)
-an hour working on machines that enhance
my legs, back and abs
My concern is how do I know how much to do
on each machine and for how long to get
results? I don't necessarily want to lose
weight, but I want to be more toned.
Since I have changed my diet I have been
losing a pound/day. But I just want to
know if I am doing something wrong and how
patient do I have to be to get cut muscles
in those target areas.
