your pee is most concentrated first thing in the morning, that's why that's the best time to test.

is your period late?

then you should be okay, but i think you should just wait a few more hours and take it in the morning, you have more of a chance of getting a positive. theres no reason to waste a test just to get a negative if you really might be pregnant.

you'll get the most accurate result if you test first thing in the morning, or if you don't pee for about 4 or 5 hours & then test. you want your pee to be really concentrated because that's when (if you are pregnant) there will be the most amount of the pregnancy hormone in it.
