When I went to .boston to visit relatives,
they had crawfish on the menu. But it was
something like $5 for 4 crawfish. That's
nuts! You pay 99 cents for a pound
down here! I guess it's all about location
and availability, hmm?
I'm super picky. I hate seafood. I only
eat chicken gumbo! Mmmmm chicken
gumbo...

have crawfish, shrimps etoufe', gumbo,
alligator, & everything else we eat!
Oh....laura, since it's .lent...the
crawfish are up to $2+ a lb!!!
I'm gettin 2 sacks...= 60lbs! This better

I found a recipe site online that has
restaurant recipes like the red lobster
biscuits and boston market's creamed
spinach. I had it in favs on my old
computer but forget to xfer the list to my
new one. I'll
search for it again and when I find it pm
it to you.

The recipe got two great reviews! So if
they taste bad, it's because I did them
wrong. it
looks like you need a cutter and a basting
brush, so .i'll have to borrow those from
my mil before I try it out.

The best fish and chips you get are
theones done the old fashioned way and
wrapped in newspaper.
in fact technically they still are wrapped
in newspaper - it's just un-printed that
they use now.
but it doesn't taste the same
