Do any of you get lower back pains instead
of cramps during your menstral cycle?

Lower back pain can be a very normal with
menstral periods. But it can also be a
sign of other conditions. If your
otherwise healthy I would bring it up with
your OBGYN next visit. If this is
something that just started I would make
an appt to see him soon. Hope this helps
