Please Advise: Ready-to-eat Supermarket Menu
Posted: 03-03-07 09:09am

Hello everyone,

I am trying to design an atkins menu for myself -the problem is I eat all my meals at work and have very little time for them, so ideally I would construct my menu with ready-to-eat supermarket food. (For UK people here my nearest supermarket is Tesco).

My caloric ratio should be about 67/30/3 (fat/protein/carbs) with the caloric intake of about 2100+kcal a day.

Could anyone point me in the right direction - maybe there is a site with this sort of menus, or a post somewhere on this bulletin board. I can't be the only one with little time to eat.

Thanks very much for your help
