Does anyone know when I should find out if it is twins or not? Not onyl that has anyone had any issues during pregnancy? I am suffering alot of them between my doctor and work. I have been breaking out in rashes and my doc knows this but has not made any effort to see me, I keep calling about it and because I am always very tired and I all I want to do is sleep. I have also been very dizzy and weak. If I dont eat exactly when I get hungry which is impossible at work, I started shaking, getting lighheaded, and feel like I am going to faint. I hacvent had any tests ran on me from this doctor. I complained about a yeast infection to her, and she said in a month she will check it out. I mentioned depression, she didnt seem to care. So yes I am trying to see someone else. I am 12 wks now I think. Now with work, they know Im pregnant and still are having me lift and reach all of the stuff before I was pregnant. I do all the work by myself pretty much because my manager and I work opposite shifts. I dont really want to get into the whole story, but I dont know what to do about working.

I've never had twins but it seems like maybe they could see when you have your first ultrasound? Not sure though.. I was also very tired at the beginning of my pregnancy..Finally arorund 15-16 weeks I started getting my enery back. As for getting dizzy & weak, I also had that. I worked at a gas station for a while while I was pregnant & had to be there pretty early in the morning..I just made it a point to get there a little earlier although it killed me getting out of bed that early.. So I could eat. Just make sure you are eating something & I'm sure the dizziness & weakness should stop. You might be anemic as well.. Or possibly have gestational diabetes (they'll check you for that later)....

maybe .i'm not really understanding what twins have to do with any of this? but all the things you listed are normal in pregnancy. i was weak & dizzy, also.. i'd wake up from a great night's sleep feeling like i had gotten no sleep at all. turns out i was anemic. tell your doctor you think you might be. they'll do a blood test, & if you are, they'll give you iron supplements. as far as eating when you're hungry, can't you carry crackers or granola bars around when you're at work? & .how heavy are the things you're lifting? it's not a big deal if it's pretty light stuff. but if we're talking like 40 or 50lbs.. then that's not good. if you don't feel comfortable doing it, then you need to talk to your boss. this is the well-being of your child we're talking about & nothing should stop you from doing whatever it takes so you feel comfortable with your work. your boss should understand that. pregnant women have rights. if they are violated, it's considered illegal.

Well
I asked about twins because my hubbys mom scared me and said that they run in the family. And I have been eating and eating. I hae never ate so much in my entire life. I think I am anemic, but I cant do anything about it right now. I have to wait until I can transfer doctors. Then I have to make an appointment with the new one. Yeah I do not get to sit at all at my job. I amm constantly lifting, and right now our store is about to have inventory, so I have been doing alot more than usual. Then after inventory we are going through remodel, so I have to help move all of the stuff the the other side of the store in a month. I get to the point at work where I feel like I cant even walk at the end of the night. I dont get to drink too much water. They wont let me snack on stuff. So I have to wait out the dizziness until I am able to eat.

twins have nothing to do with the father or his side of the family. identical twins are a completely random thing and fraternal twins run on the mother's side.

if you aren't being treated fairly at work & you probably need to lay down the law or it'll never get better. if they don't want to listen to you, you need to find another job. you're pregnant & your baby is the most important thing right now.

Why would you have to wait to transfer to a new doctor? That seems absurd to me. You want a new doctor - you call the new doctor and make an appointment. It shouldn't be that hard. And if it is an insurance issue, then make a point to take care of it. Work on it a little every day until you are taken care of.

Get a note from your doctor (your new one, your old one. Doesn't matter) that says you cannot lift anything over 40 lbs. due to pregnancy. Employers don't always like this, but they have to do it.

As far as the yeast infection goes, if you know it is a yeast infection do not wait around for your doctor to check it out. Go get some medication from the drugstore! Yeast infections can be brutal - you shouldn't suffer needlessly when there are tons of medications for it readily available to you.

Go to a different doctor. If you had all those complaints and they wanted to wait for one month to see you, I would be pretty upset.

Having rashes during pregnancy is concern. It may not be great concern but I know doctors usually like to see you ASAP if you have a newly developed rash during pregnancy.

I had a yeast infection during this pregnancy and was told to treat it via over the counter medication. Having a prolonged yeast infection is not good for you or the baby.

The other symptoms are not fun but are pretty common during pregnancy.
