Okay..well ever since i have started
secondary school... i havent been
happy..it not the school its just inever
ever get on with my parents and we hate
each toerh to be honest! so i have been
cutting for nearly a yea because im so
annoyed nd thats the only thing ican do to
make myself happy...and my frineds say its
wrong and just have a go at me..and i have
never had self confidence..and think im
fat..and now i make myslef throw up when i
do eat i try not to eat but hwne i have to
i do through it up and im dscared that
this is going to turn ino somethign i dotn
want to happen later eveyrone is just
having a go at me and not even trying
help! any one sugest anything..ad before
you say ic ant tlak to my parents about
anything they hate me so much!

maybe you can talk to a close friend,
teacher, friends parents, guidence
councelor. maybe they can help but you
need to talk to someone and get help
yeah you need to find someone to talk to.
specially if your parents arent willing to
listen and most of your friends find it
fun and make fun of you. I guess they dont
quite understand depression and eating
disorders etc. I used to cut, I had an
eating disorder for 5 yrs . I didnt talk
to my parents much, they knew what was
going on, I wrote my mom a note and got
help . maybe talk to a
counselor at school. they should be more
understanding then anyone and can help you
get the help you need, you dont want to go
down the path of an eating disorder. it is
hell and no fun and can endanger your
health. If you read the sticky above there
are risks associated with making yourself
throw up. it can potentially lead to
death. so please find someone to get you
the help you need.

Hi.
Sharing what you're feeling and doing is
already a big step towards getting better.
Feeling ugly and fat is very common; but
it doen't mean that you're all that you
think you are. If you really think you
should be lighter or thinner, go to a
doctor and get a meals plan prescribed.
That's the best way of doing things. I've
been in and out of eds for some years. It
tires you. It kills you. If you can, read
about Mxgurlie, a girl that used to come
to this forum. She died last year. Get to
know her story before you do something
else.
Then, I know what you feel about school
and parents, because it also happened to
me in some sort of way before. You must
get happy and motivated about something at
school and then show to everyone how good
that "little" thing is. You'll know it
when you find it.
