so i just started sleeping with my
boyfriend and i decided to get on birth
control. so yesterday i thought i started
my period and i took the first pill but i
didnt really start and then today I was
sure i started so i took the second pill,
but once again it didnt really start? Is
this normal? is the birth control stopping
my period or something? I know it makes
your body believe you are pregnant and I
am starting with the normal active pills
not the inactive ones. should i continue
taking it or just wait for my period to
definately start?

Once you start taking them you should
never stop for any reason unless directed
to do so by your doctor. Just keep going
at this point. Because you're not sure,
wait one week before having unprotected
sex, and you will be fine
i was wondering the same thing. i got my
period started the pill was bleeding still
yesterday. but today nothing so my period
was only 3 days wich seemed odd
