To those suffering from PE: How would you describe your physical fitness? Do you exercise a lot? I wonder if an improvement of one's overall physical fitness could improve performance.

I practiced martial arts when I was younger and I'm into boxing and bodybuilding now; my body fat never goes over 7%.

The bad news is that it didn't help me improve my 'time' at all.

Does everyone here wear a condom constantly everytime they have sex?

With my current girlfriend I don't wear a condom at all, but with my previous girlfriend (who I had great long sex with) she always forced me to wear a condom.

Quickdraw – I’m glad that has worked for you! It seems as though your case may have been more on the mental side; not saying your crazy or anything Wink. You were able to get head and last awhile, which created sensations and friction on your willy, but sex through you off. Relaxing yourself helped you big time. You envisioned it, and didn’t get yourself so worked up for sex, which can definitely help. Keep us informed how this continues to go for you.

That's where you are wrong...I am crazy Wink BOO! HAHAHA

lol - It's nice to know you are pleased mate...I am pleased it's still moving in the correct direction for a change! I will be even happier if it helps more people on here. I got a PM about the hypno track I was using...I got it from www.hypnoshop.com. I am on the lookout for another one though. I know I have said this one is working fine but I have had other hypnosis before and I felt alot more relaxed than I did listening to this track. I will not be asking for a refund though, it has helped me greatly and it was a good purchase. This track is sure to help people out who want to be helped and it is my suggestion to start with this track. I feel there is another step though, maybe I am just a perfectionist!

It's fantastic to see this post grow, suggestions are being made to assist people towards a resolution and that is good. Although it seems that this problem is creating some tension and I believe a one for all fix is over the horizon which will make everyone happy - until then, I suppose we have give advice , duck and run for cover Wink lol.

Good luck and thanks for keeping this post alive. I will keep you updated on my progress...........

No, not with my current GF, I have been with her for a while and there is a great element of trust. I did wear one when I first met her and I found that I lasted fairly well. Ther eis still a great deal of excitement involved and it does help the situation when you have one to keep away some of the good feelings Wink

If I were to meet someone else then I would definately wear one - I don't to be caught out Smile

I would say I am pretty average really - not fit or fat. When I was first sexually active, I did Judo and was fit. Hope that helps.

Quickdraw,

Ironically, last night I purchased a downloaded hypnosis session off the internet. I listened to it and didn't really get hypnotized but thats cause it was my first time and I was too aware. Even still I think it could help if I keep up with it and follow their suggestions; one listen through every day for the first week then cutting down after. I am hoping for the best!

What types of things did yours suggest? After all the relax and prehyno stuff he went on about which parts I needed to be aware of and did some kind of visualization of a glowing red energy that went through my whole system and told me that I was now in control. Said some other confidence boosting things as well.

I wonder how different some recordings are that we could try. What happens when you listen to yours? Do you blackout or are you aware of everything? I mean, how "hypnotized" do you feel? I kept opening my eyes and at one point I had to scratch. :O

Certainly better....when she went on the pill and we stopped using them, I was a little aprehensive and it got alot worse because I wasn't used to the increased feelings. I was able to last longer by far when using comdoms.

Mine concentrated on taking your time. He got me relaxed, then spoke about not rushing anything, and enjoying the feelings that come with waiting for the big climax. I didn't really feel 'hypnotised' but that is a difficult state to explain. For some people it doesn't feel much different. I thought that type of person was me but I got another Hypnosis program (Not to do with PE) and during that I could actually feel my arms getting really heavy! I could feel my self drifting, as if I were on a lilo in the sea.

lol - I always seem to get an itch whenever I get relaxed, I try to fight it but I don't think that helps....if you need to move, or scratch, or open your eyes then do it as soon as possible, otherwise you will just keep thinking about it!

I am still on the lookout for another track, I will let you know.

Good luck all

Just joined this site and wanted to suggest acupuncture to you.

Chinese medicine derives from the belief that there are blockages in the body's meridians - the energy lines that flow from toes to head.

I, myself, was treated with acupuncture for bad skin and it completely took away my excruitiating painful period pains. How many years I put up with those and they dissolved in one session!

By the sound of it you have felt unable to approach a doctor for help. There must be some doctors who genuinely care out there as it is a real problem, affecting people psychologically in particular.

So, if you feel open enough, please contact an acupuncturist. You could email them to save you explaining your problem face-to-face initially, but they will ask you for a full health history on your first apppointment.

The needles are tiny and you feel no more than a prick. Hmm! Well done for reading so much about it and following up various methods, but imagine if it cured your PE as quickly as it did my PMT!

All the best.

retrograde ejaculation...
Posted: 01-31-08 00:24am

So I figured something out, i have been semi seriously working out my PC muscle, and I was masturbating, and forced myself to have retrograde ejaculation.. I squeezed it real hard when I was about to cum, and I had retrograde ejaculation...
I stayed semi hard for a good 5 minutes afterward, able to go as fast as I could without cumming... All I even want is 5 minutes of sex, so I was wondering, does forcing retrograde ejaculation have any potential permanent side affects?

Is there anything a Uroligist can give you?
Posted: 01-31-08 20:29pm

I've been married 16 years now. Sex is always great with my wife. I usually make sure she get's her's first but using oral. Then, I feel a little more comfortable that It only takes me a couple of minutes before I lose control She's never complained about our love making, or the amount of time I last. But I still feel that I'm cheating her out of something by not lasting longer. It just feels to good to keep from losing it.
I know that once I had some pain pills I was taking for my back. Vicodin. (SP) When I took those, and we made love. I lasted for at least a good 15 to 20 minutes. Even after she had gotten her's more than once, I still couldn't release. Usually took a lot of manual, oral, and dirty talk to finally get me to release.
That was great, but, I don't have back pain anymore. And taking pain pills just to last longer isn't a good idea anyway.
Is there something that a urologist can prescribe that helps? I don't want to use a condom, or creams. There's got to be a pill out there that helps. anyone know of anything before I take a trip to the Urologist?

I hear that L-Argine helps, it's a amino acid, that body builders use. It's said to help increase the Nitiric oxide in the blood, and helping with flow. And Stamina.
I may try this unless anyone here has a better option.

Thanks!!

I'm not a doctor or urologist or anything, but I think that this is very bad for your body. I've done this twice by accident, but I think that if you were to do this on a regular basis there would be damage.

I don't think that we've discovered any OTC pill that can delay ejaculation. Going back on all these posts, many members have tried many different types and combinations of OTC pills. I don't recall seeing anything monumental. I was taking L-Argine back a few years ago when I was in the peak of my muscle building and I don't think that it delayed my ejaculation at all. Although, different things may affect different people.
It appears the best bet, medication-wise, has been prescription drugs for depression. I would also assume any muscle relaxers would work good too. But I would think most people would have a mightly hard time trying to get prescribed muscle relaxers and pain killers for PE.

Well please let us know what the doctor says if you go to the Urologist. I'm always interested in how they try and handle this problem.

I kind of made a promise to myself to do all I can to fix PE this year. Now I have booked an appointment to both an urologist and a sex therapist.

I'll also purcase a Fleshlight and maybe some Stud Spray to practice with because for me it seems to be the physical pressure of the vagina that makes me cum instantly.

I'll keep you updated!

Stud Spray
Posted: 02-04-08 13:34pm

So I have been reading this thread for the past week and decided to give the Stud Spray a try. I tried it first masterbating and it worked! I then tried it with the wife so I sprayed it on (only one squirt) and then started to get down to buisness. I think I was very nervous because i had a little trouble getting erect but not much. Once we started i could tell right away that it was working. I was able to have total control just by varying my speed. Once I felt it coming I just slowed down and it was fine.

I only did one squirt and then rubbed it around a little for even coverage. It absolutely works. I can only say it is like wearing a condom that deadens the sensation even more than a condom.

Anyway, I know reading the posts were helpful to me so I wanted post this info in case it is helpful for anyone else. I think next time I will try to squirt in my hand and rub it on to try and decrease the dose a little.

I know this is a band-aid solution but at least it gives me enough time to work on the mental aspect. Without it I didn't even have time to work on it because it was over as soon as it started. Hopefully in the next few years they will invent a magic pill but in the meantime this is an acceptable solution for me.

AWESOME!! Good to see that it works for others. I like the idea of squirting it in the hand and then applying it. That would help getting it to the needed area, and not all over the bathroom floor. I'm gonna try it tonight
