Hey everyone. I have this weird thing
where whenever i think about panic attacks
or how i felt when i had my first one it
bring on an attack! but i can usually make
it go away but sometimes it happens at the
worst times and i feel uneasy after. So
basically i panic because i think of panic
attacks. i'm not into taking medication to
treat it, but would like a way to cure
this, not just treat it while its
happening.

This is essentially what panic disorder
is. If you want some things to try,
eating foods higher in tryptophan should
help, and you can look into supplements as
well.
panic attacks are caused by your thougts
expeically negative thoughts... a good way
to work with panic attacks is to work with
your thoughts.. get a notebook and every
single bad thought you have write it down,
save a space under each one and re write a
postive thought for your negative
thought....
for example
negative thought: what if i have a panic
attack that is scary like my other one?
postive: oh well if i have a scary panic
attack, they cannot kill me, and they
always pass

oh i used to have that symtom alll the
time, for a couple of weeks, now i used to
get panic attacks with out knowing what it
was so i thought i was really dying, and
everytime i thought about that first one,
i get a full blown panic attack, it was
horrible
