Actually ulcer is not that easy to heal, even when taken a medicine...That's because, ulcer takes time to heal...The pain that you felt when you eat is the cause of the acid that heats the area were your ulcer is..Because when we eat..Isn't that our stomach produce acid to digest the food that we just eat? So every time you eat the acid that the stomach produce heats your ulcer or the bleeding cause by the acid also.

I suggest that when you got an ulcer...Never skip meals, if your hungry, eat...That is because, if a person that has an ulcer and skip his meals. The acid that is presents in the stomach will surely burn the mucus that protects the stomach...Thus causing our stomach to bleed again...

Imagine an empty stomach with acid on it...What will the acid burn? if there is no food present in our stomach? That doesn't mean that, if we don't eat, there will be no acid in our stomach...Some factors that triggers the acid in our stomach is when we think of food, when we smell a food, see a food and even dream of eating a food, triggers the acid.

i read somewhere that it is better to eat small but many instead of large but few meals a day. Do not over eat. I have noticed that when i over eat, i have problems. I guess because my stomach has to make more acid to digest the food and the acid agitates my stomach and the ulcer never heals.
