Long Time Bs Problems, Few Q's! (i Searched!) Posted: 03-08-07 12:58pm
Hi there! After trying to figure this out
on my own for 5 years or so, I thought I
might ask a few questions to people who
might know some answers!
I've been hesitant to goto a doctor or
nutritionist but I'm so frustrated.
I've got some pretty standard symptons,
don't eat enough for a while, have a
crash, eat to much sugary stuff without
something base in my stomach have a crash.
(crash = can't think, angry at
everything, ultra annoyance, fatigue)
I've gotten good at eating 6 times a day,
I find breads mostly keep my stable, as
well as protein. I don't drink any coke,
eat cookies, cake anything bad. Workout
usually 3 times a week, pretty darn
healthy. Coffee in the morning usally
helps, but I get depressed usually 1 in 3
mornings till noon anyways.
For the most part I eat lots of base stuff
to keep myself stable, breads and
crackers, fruits and meats. I have
problems keeping my weight under control,
I do a physical job, workout and eat
fairly well. But I eat really often to
stave off any attacks that might result
from forgetting to eat etc. Like I eat
usually before I goto bed, and often in
the middle of the night or I can't sleep
through the night. Also so I don't wake
up and am furious.
I've read some of the guides to eating,
like no bananas, no sugary stuff at all,
but I find the breads do the best job of
keeping me stable.
Any ideas on how I can reduce my overall
consumption per day but still keep
stable?
Its been a revelation since I started
eating more regularly (every 3 hours)
since I was younger. People used to hate
my wild mood swings, I did too, I'm also
super sensitive to noise and things like
Eating noises, I don't know if they are
linked to my blood-sugar or not, but it
can be really limiting in my everyday
life.
Anything anyone can contribute would be
appreciated.

Eat only whole grains and 100% whole grain
bread and that should help.
