Who needs an excuse to post baby pics! You lot will be swamped with pic's of Mika when she makes her appearance whether you like it or not! He's growing so fast, i remember you posting your birth story when i was really early on in my pregnancy. My pregnancy has flown by so far

you shouldn't give yoru baby any type of fever reducing type of meds before a doctor's appointment because it will cover up any fever the child may have, (in good health or not)

Most doctors will not give the child a shot they have a fever.

.I've always given .Kaylee tylenol before her shots. The doc told me to start giving it to her in the mornin & every 4 hours to relieve some of the pain & even help prevent fever that the shots can bring on.

i've actually been told to do both by seperate docs.

ONe told me to do it before hand so the shot hurts less and so it prevents the fever a lot of shots give.. and another todl me to do it after to dull the soreness from the shot and to prevent a fever.

I give it to my kids about 10-15 minutes prior to a shot.

i have been told by 2 different doctors to my face not to give them anything until they start showing symptoms.....and then every 4-6 hours as needed....meaning if there isn't any symptoms then don't give it.

but i guess everyone is different.

thanks girls

my nurse told me to do it before so thats what i did..
but man im soooo pissed off because my app was for 1 40 i didnt get in to see the doc till 2 40 and then i had to wait another 15 minutes to get his shots done so i didnt get out of there till like a quarter to 3...

Reese was good with the shots this time, he cried but calmed down as soon as it was over... he blead with his first shot so i had to hold some gozz to it.. poor guy, he's sleeping now..

The doc said hes in the 90th percentile for hight and 80th for weight.. he weighed in at 16lbs 8 1/2 oz and was 26.25" long... im so proud
