...badly need advice..
my skin is extremely dry, and it just got worse when i travel abroad because of very low temp. i always apply lotion on my skin, but it really does'nt help

Have you tried using any aveeno products? Get the bath stuff and the body cream and it should help tremendously. If it doesn't, you can go see a doc to get a cortisone type cream prescribed.

Just found this post.....Drink more water......you could very well be dehydrated, especially your skin showing it. Depending on your weight, you need to drink lots of water to keep inside organs and your skin healthy! Also, a product called Euricin works great!

Dry Skin

I recently noticed that most lotions have alcohol in them. Hmmm.... doesn't make sense to me. I have found that pure coconut oil works wonders for my dry skin and is especially soothing after a sunburn and for chapped lips.
