Light Headed While Playing Basketball Posted: 03-13-07 14:06pm
Ok, so I'm a 20 year old male and I play
basketball a lot, probably 3-5 times a
week. It seems about every time i play
that i get light headed and fatigued,
though on some occasions i get EXTREMELY
light headed and feel as if i'm in another
world. i've researched this, and many
heart problems have come up in my
search..and i'm wondering if ishould get
checked out? it's not like i'm out of
shape; i'm 5'11 158 and i exercise, eat
healthy, etc. i just dont want to die,
thanks

I think it'll be best to consult a doctor,
try talking with your family as they might
have more knowledge and experienced. Maybe
it's the way you play rough but what do I
know I'm barely 13
My chest hurt after drinking caffeine so I
e-mailed my doctor. I told him what I'm
feeling and he explained to me well. If
you do that it's garenteed to make you
feel less worried.
