A few weeks ago, i noticed that in my
outer labia (majora) near my clitoris, a
lump that was about the size of a pea that
felt that was inside the labia...not on
the surface.
Anyway, after feeling it, and trying to
figure out what the heck it was, I noticed
that it was a little itchy, but i'm not
sure if it just started itching cause i
was aggravating it.. It didn't hurt very
much either until....
The next morning, I noticed that the skin
around where the lump was started hurting
ALOT and the lump was no longer there,
just some swelling...I took a look at it
and noticed that it was very red and there
were some blisters around that area..
Eventually the blisters erupted and there
was a little bit of scabbing over and it's
almost completely all gone, except for a
little bit of sensitivity and redness.
Could the blisters be from scratching it
causing irritation or bacterial infection
if it was a cyst or something of that
sort???
Does anyone have ANY insight as to what
this could be, as well as anything OTHER
than herpes?
I also should mention that my lymph nodes
in my groin area were swollen for a couple
of days after the irritation began.

What other symptoms do you have? Any
flu-like? feverish on/off, aches pains?
Did it start out to be sensitive at first,
then more painful once it broke into
blisters? Any draining? Burning
sensations when urinating?
That is what I experienced before i was
checked, and diagnosed with Herpes Simplex
2. Very much flu-like symptoms.. although
severity is different with everyone.
I would go and get checked, it could be
something else. Rather safe than sorry

The only place I felt pain was in my lymph
nodes...It would hurt so much when i stood
up after sitting down for a while... Sooo
painful
And I felt kinda run down, but I`m not
sure if that`s due to the extreme
stress...I haven`t been able to sleep
really well since this happened.
It did drain, however, I`m assuming that`s
when the few blisters bursted.
You said you had some of those
symptoms....Did it start out as a lump in
your skin though??
And it all lasted for about a week.... Now
it's as though nothing happened...except
for a bit of sensitivity from the
irritation...
