i don't think you would get "symptoms" of twins at six weeks lol i don't even think there are symptoms for having twins. the only way you could tell is if you had an ultrasound...

my best friend had no idea until she had an ultrasound done ...which btw im so excited she finds out this month what she will be having ...im routing for boy/girl:D

i had twins... my symptoms were the same as when i was just having one baby. my belly was a little bit bigger than normal but i just thought i was bloated.

edited to add:i found out at 9 weeks by ultrasound i was having twins.

is your friend's babies in different sacks???
