Okay not even five minutes ago I was starting to get a really bad headache and it felt like I had to throw up. A minute later I went to the bathroom and I must have threw up stomach acid because now my throat is burning, I can't even talk it hurts that bad. My nose is all stuffed up. Ugh, this sucks. No matter how many times I blow my nose nothing helps. How is it that all of a sudden I start to feel nauseous? Grr!

sorry you're not feeling well..."morning sickness" (which, incidentally can happen at ANY time of the day..haha) sucks...try eating some dry crackers/toast before getting up out of bed in the morning if you feel sick in the morning and keeping something in your stomach as often as you can..it helps to keep from throwing up bile and stomach acid...eat smaller meals more frequently...usually morning siclness goes away within the first trimester, though it can last longer (with my second child, I was sick nearly 3 times per week throughout my pregnancy..up to his delivery date)..take it as easy as you can...and remember to eat small but frequent meals..that way baby (and you) get the nutrition that's needed and with a stomach that's not terribly full, you don't get sick so much....good luck to you and hope you feel better soon..

Well I am out of my first trimester. I am 15 weeks already. And I never felt this sick before. It just happened while I was on the internet and all I ate today was cereal, toast and I made a chicken sandwich earlier. So I didn't really eat much. My throat is just burning so bad and my nose is getting stuffier and stuffier. Ugh. I hope after I get some rest I will feel better.

i dunno, i had something like that too although i didn't throw up. its like acid came up my throat and into my nose and it burned so bad to inhale and i kept coughing, i guess maybe it was acid reflux or something but yeah, yuck!
