hey guyss. i'm home.

i'm still 1cm dilated.
only a little bit more effaced than last week.
about 60-70%.

she sure did poke & prod around in there
a whole lot for just checking me. Confused

.she kept proding her fingers around.
i'm wondering if she was attempting to
strip my membranes & didn't say anything?
well whatever she was doing, it hurt.

she said .i'll probably have him next week.

i have another appointment & a non-stress test on .monday.
which is my actual due date. so we'll see how that goes!

i dunno if .i'll post belly pictures today.
dunno if .i'm feeling up to it.

i'm feeling pretty crampy & uncomfortable!

don't do anything you don't feel up to doing, you need to take this time and rest. with you being sick and all you need to build up strenght.

what it sounds like is she *did* stip your membranes.

You could easily go into labor tonight!

It sounds like she might have stripped your membranes. Are you having any spotting at all?

I said it'd be today or tomorrow. I hope .i'm right! Sad

I'm *totally* with you on that one!!!!

Buuut, if you wait till the 20th...that's me and .baron's anniversary. Of course, when we get married, it'll change...but for now it's the 20th!

.no spotting, but it did hurt & was really uncomfy when she was doing it & i was cramping/having *tons* of pressure for like 20 minutes after she did it. it was inteeeense. i'm still super uncomfortable. when she was doing it, .gabe was going *nuts* like he was so pissed that she was disturbing him! Laughing

She would have put a finger inside your cervix and used a sweeping motion to separate the bag of waters from where they touched the cervix. If she was digging around in there for more than a couple of seconds, she might have been sweeping! Shocked

i had cramps after she did mine soit's sound like she did strip your membranes. my waters broke with logan on the evening...

would she have stripped your membranes without telling you? that seems like something she'd *ask* if you wanted done before just going ahead and doing it without telling you. i'm sure she would've told you if she did it, especially so you wouldn't freak out if you were bleeding later.

either way, he'll be here soon! have fun at your .n.s.t. if you make it that far! i loved just laying there listening to finn's heartbeat for like a half an hour.

i tried to go to bed early last night, but .chris was quite... um, frisky, lol! we had lots of good sex (again) & then laid awake talking for a little while. didn't get to bed until like 4am, & got up at 9:30am! ugh!

but i did just take a really really nice long nap. it was fantastic! hopefully .i'll get to bed a little earlier tonight. i need to stop staying up so late!
