Hi..Im 15 and I live in the philippines...
I'll be having a cornea transplant soon.
Maybe by the end of march.I'll be in
america this summer.. Is it better that I
have my transplant done in the us? I dont
want my folks to be so much
burdened...Financially..So where do they
offer great services at reasonable prices?

If you have not done so already, try
checking the emory university hospital
website for information. It is located
in atlanta, georgia and I know that it has
a well known center for low vision and
other serious eye problems.

I just saw your post today and I am sure
you have already had your surgery. I saw
that somebody suggested emory clinic in
atlanta georgia. I too agree with that!
My son just had surgery there by one of
the best surgeons in the us. We have
been very pleased with the outcome and our
experience has been pleasant. Please
post again and let me know how you are
doing now and where you chose to have your
surgery done at. God bless.
