Im 5'6" and weighs 124. I want to get
thinner thighs and legs, any advice on how
to get them?

Well, i'm having the same problem as you
at the moment, but here's an exercise
schedule.
1. Jog for 30 mins (jogging in place
doesnt count!)
2.Stretch, touch your toes, do the
flamingo, anything that stretches out leg
muscles.
3. Work hard. just because you arent
working on your legs doesnt mean its not
working at all! Do countdowns (jog, 10
push ups, 10 sit ups, jumping jacks, jog,
9 pushups, 9 situps etc.)
4. After, walk for 5 minutes.

You CANNOT spot reduce or work a
particular area and burn fat directly from
the area you are working. Its impossible.
Your body decides all on its own which
area it will burn fat from first. Jogging
is of course great for overall cardio
vascular health but it burns very few
calories for the amount of work you are
doing. The best excersise for losing
weight is weightlifting. 1 hour of weight
training burns more calories than 1 hour
of cardio (running, jogging etc) and the
additional muscle that you gain will
create a greater need for calories in your
body which means that your body will burn
more calories (specifically fat) when you
are not working out. And....... if you
are a woman you will NOT gain bulky
muscles like a guy that is a myth passed
from one person out of the know to
another.
