I am not circumsised and I noticed that the part of my foreskin that is covered most of the time is a bit pinkish. Is this normal?

you mean the foreskin is pink or the glans (head of penis)? either way, as long as it gives you no discomfort, it is fine. genitals are typically darker or redder in colour than the rest of your skin!
