Why not wait until you move
before you quit? It sounds like a nice job
for a pregnant woman. You're not on your
feet, no heavy lifting, etc. Bank as much
of the money as you can - even one week of
being without work is a nice chunk of
change your baby could use.
That's what I would do. Work until you
move, and then find a job closer to home.
Low-stress, low-impact jobs are wonderful
for expecting mothers! Hang on to it as
long as you can.
I agree, because you have the job now, why
dont' you work, unless the stress is
causing problems with your pregnancy then
work. A seditary job is ideal for
pregnant women. I have one....and it was
great. and yes it's a stressful
job....and i deal with upset employers all
day long, and i was under a lot of stress.
the doc gave me something to deal with it.
talk toyour doctor about your stress.
good luck to you.

i went off work at 32 weeks, because low
blood pressure, and I went over by 2
weeks. So I was off 2.5 months before I
delivered. My husband works full time
through the day, so i was very bored. I
wouldn't recommend going off that early to
anyone unless medically necessary .
It would probably be different know that I
have Nathan running around. I wouldn't be
so bored. Also, in canada it takes 6-8
weeks for unemployment insurance to kick
in. or it did for me. It was nice to
finally get my money rolling in before the
baby came. i would hate to be out of
funds with a new born.
