Q: When should I take a pregnancy test?
asked by: DoctorQuestion on March 18th, 2007
Ever since I was 12 I've had wacky periods...but since getting older I'd say its been fairly normal. I guess my question is how can I possibly distinguish my period cramps from early pregnancy cramps? I'm feeling light headed, nausa, hungry (not really a new sign)haha and cramps just that feeling as if I was gonna get my period and well so far I am only a day late...I guess I should just wait it out till the end of the month? Seems like the days have gotten longer! Those are the only symptoms I have and they come with the period as well so how will I know? When should I take a pregnancy test?

You can take a home pregnancy test when you notice that your period is late. It seems that your period is late at this time, so you might even take a home pregnancy test now.
