i am having severe pain on the right side just at the bottom of my rib cage. could this be gall bladder problems? it especially is painful after eating greasy foods or suffering with heartburn. anyone else have symptoms of gall bladder?

The only way is to have an ultra-sound of your gallbladder. If it is your gallbladder, you will only get three small incisions.
