Seizure: normal faint or epilepsy?

Is this a seizure or a normal faint

It happens quite often I will kind of like stretch and then i nkow it going to happen ill feel as if i stiffen up and then ill be on the ground. Afterwards I wake up i have pins and needles in my toungue. thanks

According to the symptoms you report, you might be experiencing some type of epilepsy. Epilepsy is monitored and evidenced using an EEG. If the EEG suggests epilepsy, you can then request a CT-scan of the brain. You may consult a neurologist for an expert opinion.
