You can visit an ophthalmologist to exclude eye disorder as the possible cause of these symptoms. If the ophthalmologist reveals nothing and the eyes are OK, the symptoms might be attributed to hypochondria as it seems that you search for diseases consistently. This time you are occupied with your vision, the next time you might be occupied with some other organ. You can try to relax, stop measuring your pulse, and ask for medical attention from a mental health doctor. The right person can really help you manage hypochondria and will be both compassionate and direct.
