Ive suffered panic attacks for 5 years now
but it has turned into a severe anxiety
disorder since i had my daughter in
november and it is since then iv had the
visual problems which are constant, can
you explain these spots and flashes could
it be something seriouse and are all my
symptoms related? Could it be some sort of
disease ? im always worrying and checking
my self for things wrong and my pulse i
need some advice as im only young and find
it really hard to cope plus i feel guilty
feeling like this with a young baby thank

You can visit an ophthalmologist to
exclude eye disorder as the possible cause
of these symptoms. If the ophthalmologist
reveals nothing and the eyes are OK, the
symptoms might be attributed to
hypochondria as it seems that you search
for diseases consistently. This time you
are occupied with your vision, the next
time you might be occupied with some other
organ. You can try to relax, stop
measuring your pulse, and ask for medical
attention from a mental health doctor.
The right person can really help you
manage hypochondria and will be both
compassionate and direct.
