I'm just curious what you all did your babies nursery in. I'm not sure what I'm having yet, but it's been hard to find anything that I really like for either gender. I love little suzy's zoo, but it is soooooooo expensive. I'm at a loss and looking for some ideas.

Alyvia shares a room with us. But we have a ".classic .pooh" theme for her. My grandmother would read the books to me when I was small - one of my favorite childhood memories. She was .british and I loved hearing her voice - it was so soothing, and she had the best voices for the different characters.

So when I became pregnant, I knew I wanted my daughter to be surrounded by the characters I loved so much as a child. I about fell over when I saw the collection at .target.

It seems like Pooh is the most popular right now, and the easiest to find. Both of my sisters did their kids' rooms in pooh, so I was hoping to find something different for mine. Maybe something will stand out once we find out what we're having. Thanks for sharing!!!

oops that was me Shocked

let me be a little more clear. all the furnature was hand-me-downs...however they all match it ws really weird how that worked out. my changing table i found on the side of the road and it matched my crib and the dresser i have is from somone else and it matches the set...go figure.

my daughter's cribset is pink and lavander mostly. so everything i got for it matches. The pictures i was talking about are butterfly and dragonflies and flowers and the colors my sister mixed up match my set perfectly. she does oil and water color paintings so i just bought one huge canvis and 4 little ones....i put the four on the wall spaced about 1.5 inches apart....it makes a wonderful painting....also we did her name above the changing table.

this is my baby's room, sometimes i think it's wicked cute and sometimes i think "what was i thinking?". oh well, he's stuck with it. i'm hoping our next baby is a boy because they'll be sharing and i think it's a pretty boyish room.

if we'd had a girl it was going to be a lavender fairy room. someday i'll get to do that!

IHeart - I think that is a very cute room!!! Thanks for sharing!

Right now, the baby's room is a mint green. It's very pretty; right now my stepdaughter is in there. But we are turning half of our family room into a 4th bedroom. Then my stepson will take the new room and my stepdaughter wants to move into his old room. So that leaves her room for the baby, which is great, because it's the biggest bedroom. And since my stepkids are only with us every other weekend, I thought it was only fair that our child had the biggest bedroom among the kids; since it was going to be living there.
I was hoping to find something that went with the green that way I didn't have to paint that room too. I already have 3 other rooms that are going to have to be painted!!!! Rolling Eyes

thats what i wanna do jordynnes room in bridget, lavender fairys well lavender and pink or purple and pink, i dunno ifi will get the fairys it might end up starts but ti might be summer when i get around to it, as soon as jason gets back i get my gallbladder removed so then i will be recovering, maybe he can at least get the pain for me to start it . josephs room is now spongebob, he didnt have a nursery he shared my room so his crib was just plain ole blue, his carseat , walker and stroller all match oddly hehe all whinnie the pooh. im gonna paint stars and stuff on jordynnes wall like purple walls and pink stars etc, maybe i can find some decals or wallpaper online for it, like fairy wallpaper. i dunno iwanna make it pretty.

Cute rooms!!! Thanks everybody. My husband I have talked and talked and talked about this. He wants to do camoflauge...no matter if it's a boy or a girl...but I think we have agreed to go with either the little suzy's zoo (if we can find it cheaper than we have so far) or peter rabbit.
