was wondering if anyone could help me, my
period is usually right on track, well
last month i started my period on the 6th,
then again on the 26 only the second one
only lasted for 3 days. My husband and I
have been ttc for a little over a year
now. and i was wondering since last month
was different could i be pregnant?

If you think you might be pregnant, you
should take a pregnancy test. Take it
first thing in the morning before you've
emptied your bladder. If you're pregnant,
the pregnancy hormone (hcg) will be more
concentrated and you'll have a better
chance of triggering a positive.
You might want to join our "getting
pregnant" forum. The women there are
trying to conceive as well, and can offer
wonderful advice and support. They're a

Anytime you are having unprotected sex
(ttc) there is a possibility of pregnancy.
They say that implantation bleeding is
normally a few days before you expect your
period, so it is a possibility. You stated
that your bleeding did not last as long as
normal. Was it any lighter/heavier than
normal? Was it the same color/consistency
that you normally have? Since you are ttc,
have you taken any pregnancy tests?

yeah it was lighter than normal, Ive been
having some pains in my pelvic area for
the last 2 weeks or so. and ive been so
tired, I've been having a lot of
headaches, and some nausia, When i had my
son, I had a blood pressure problem and I
had him when i was only 31weeks pregnant.
I know i need to get a hpt, but im really
nervous its gonna be negative yet again,
but this time has been a lot different
then before.

If you're afraid of being disappointed, I
would personally wait until you miss your
next period. If it's late by more than a
few days, go ahead and test. Getting
negatives is horrible.
I would suggest testing maybe on the 3rd
or 4th if your period hasn't shown up.
