I so feel for you!! And its going to be bad no matter what for the next few weeks but I promise it will clear up! Mine did about 2 weeks ago at 22 weeks.. yea I always had perfect skin and i got acne so bad and all over my back and chest.. My suggestion is tons of water and lots of showers ..Gets a brush that you can reach your back with and scrub..Also try a toner..

umm i used dermalogica..They have this toner in a spray bottle that makes it super easy to reach your back.. Also i used the proactive toner.. Im pretty sure whatever would work.. Just anything to suck up that excess oil that your body is producing.. Just dont pick at it! I did and now i have such bad scarring on my back that im not sure how Im going to get rid of.

I started getting spots on my face and i found that pure tea tree oil works really well you just put some on your finger dab it on and the oil dries up the spot

you're not supposed to use tea tree oil when you're pregnant.

Things to do with pregnancy change so much! When my sister had her little boy she was told to eat more oily fish and then when she got pregnant with her daughter 6 months after her sons birth she was told to eat very little oily fish. Also when i was a baby my mum was told to lay me on my front and now it's on the back
