What age do you normally start going
through the change i normally have my
period every 26 days and i am 7 days late
but i have been sterilised 7 years ago

If your menstrual periods are still
regular this probably indicates that your
ovaries weren’t removed 7 wears ago but
that only that the tubes were
tighten/tied. You will not start menopause
as long as your ovaries are functional.
Women in menopause, by definition, must
experience a lack of menstruation for more
than a year before the condition can be
confirmed.The onset of menopause varies in
different women. Menopause usually starts,
however, after 45. The earlier stages of
menopause include a time when the
mesntrual period becomes irregular and is
followed by a complete lack of
menstruation. Women in whom both ovaries
have been removed begin menopause
immediately. Such condition require that
these women usually need estrogen
supplements.
