Remember Balance Is the Key to Weightloss Posted: 03-29-07 13:54pm
When considering weight loss you should
keep in mind..
1. Eating certain foods can greatly
increase your chances of loosing weight.
It is not always about not eating.
2. Certain food ingredients have a lot to
do with weight gain. You should Learn
about several different types of fats that
react differently in the body.
3. often excluding certain foods can cause
many health problems down the road even if
they help immediant weight loss.
