WOW! I'm so envious that you've lost 40 pounds already! Thats amazing. I thought the wieght would come off since i was breast feeding but no such luck on my end. You should be happy with your progress because I'm definately not losing the weight that fast! I don't have much time, I'm in a hurry to get to class so all I can say right nowis be healthy! Just watch what you eat and make sure your getting exercise. I made a long post to someone else a while back, and if i can find it (which may be impossible) I'll try to post it here for you too. But I've gotta run, best of luck with your weight loss

you should look into weight watchers. it is *so* easy and it works. i did it in the past and lost 80 pounds. i gained 70 with my pregnancy and lost 26 immediately (baby, placenta, fluids), and with weight watchers i've lost another 16. starting next week i'm going to start walking every day. did they say you couldn't walk?

on ww you get to eat whatever you want, everything has a point value and you get a daily points range. as long as you eat your daily points you'll lose weight.

for example, i had a bowl of cereal for breakfast (3 points) and a roast beef sandwich with cheese and chips and a pickle for lunch (4 points). i'll probably have some fruit or yogurt (1-2 points) soon and then for dinner i'll be having ravioli with meat sauce, then i'll have points left over to have yummy stuff at night (like rice krispie treats and peppermint patties).

as long as you make good choices you'll be able to have plenty of food during the day and you won't be hungry.
