Can't Have An Internal Orgasm
Posted: 03-27-07 18:32pm

I have always only been able to have clitoral orgasms. Which have been awesome!!!! But never an internal orgasm? Is this normal? What would be the reason for my not having the internal kind? Some people have told me it has to do w/ the g-spot. Could someone explain that to me too! Wondering if I'm missing out?

i've heard that only like 10% of women can have a vaginal orgasm. I could be wrong though.

A lot of women have trouble even having a clitoral orgasm. Almost no one has a vaginal orgasm. Vaginal orgasms and G-spots aren't even proven at this point. They're still theory, despite what you might be lead to believe from pornos and people trying to sell you books about how to find your G-spot. A lot of doctors and researchers believe, but a lot aren't convinced that all women, or even most, have one. So, no, you're certainly not abnormal. In fact, it would be more abnormal if you did have vaginal orgasms.

From all of the literature I've read and talks I've been to, it's an almost proven theory these days.

I certainly get a sensation inside my vagina and I feel like it might build to something.

However, I have never had a vaginal orgasim and it's true that only around 10% of women can have them. Clitoral orgasms are totally normal and more than sufficient!

There is a lot of talk about the G-spot. However, when people talk about it, I find that they often don't have any research to back up their claims. A lot of the websites and books out there devoted to the subject don't seem to be based on anything more than the author's opinions. I have heard people say G-spots are proven to be in all women. Other people say they are proven to be in some women. Others say that they are not proven in anyone yet. Still others say they are proven to not be in most women! So I tend to go with the plain old, "it isn't proven at this point" explanation. I am not convinced, and will not be convinced, until I see some solid research. It would be great if more people would research things like this because we are really lacking in studies in this area.

I think this is an interesting take on it:

"Since the concept first appeared in a popular book on human sexuality in 1982, the existence of the spot has become widely accepted, especially by the general public. This article reviews the behavioral, biochemical, and anatomic evidence for the reality of the G-spot, which includes claims about the nature of female ejaculation. The evidence is far too weak to support the reality of the G-spot. Specifically, anecdotal observations and case studies made on the basis of a tiny number of subjects are not supported by subsequent anatomic and biochemical studies. (Am J Obstet Gynecol 2001;185:359-62.)....Given the widespread acceptance of the reality of the G-spot, one would expect to find a considerable body of research confirming the existence of such a structure. In fact, such supporting evidence is minimal at best....."

indeed. masturbation for all! you gotta explore your own body and see what makes you tick. i can't believe there are women who have never experienced orgasm. trust me, once you've experienced it you'll marvel at all you've been missing out on. some women seem to have difficulty reaching orgasm with just masturbation, so perhaps you could invest in a vibrator?

as for the g-spot orgasm, i've never had one either. it's not for want of trying. every couple of months i get jealous by all the talk of it on this forum and so i try again. but to no avail lol. there's information on wikipedia.org though if you want to investigate. try entering female ejaculation or g-spot.

what did i ever do before there was wikipedia?

I am actually a believer of the g-spot thing. It's worked for me more than once.

I am not saying that there isn't a G-spot. I just like to point out that it is still a theory because it seems like a lot of women think something is wrong with them if they can't find it. So I like to let them know that some doctors can't find it either! I have heard some theorize that it could be kind of like an extension of the nerves in the clitoris. That is an interesting, and it would explain why not all women like G-spot stimulation, maybe there isn't that extension of the nerves in all women, maybe just that 10%. A lot of things are possible since we know so little about it though. I also heard that women who experience orgasms from G-spot stimulation tend to have a tougher time having clitoral orgasms than other women. I am not sure if there is any truth to that, but it would be another interesting point.

Either way, I don't feel anything in there. If there is no clitoral stimulation, I am not having an orgasm.

I personally never had one because I am male but My girlfriend can achive this. when I first witnessed this I was in shock and I thought she peed on me. She explained it to me and that it doesn't happen all the time but certain postions and exicetments can get her there. She began to tell me it was very hard for her the first time to be able to do this. To mentally let go words she used. I have been with a number of ladies in my life time and I have never witnessed this until that afternoon.
She said it is easiest for her to achieve this when she is on her knees and I am pounding away from behind in a downward thrust she will add her own clitoral stimulation by rubbing herself. All I can say is that it was a very powerful expiernce after I got passed I thought I was pissed on.
So ladies I would suggest keep trying and have fun trying Smile

I honestly didn't believe in the g-spot orgasm either till I had one of my own finally. A lot of foreplay went into that sucker. We weren't actually trying for a g-spot anything, it just happened. I could tell that things were going to be different though, because I kept getting this feeling like I needed to bear down. I was on bottom with my legs up on his shoulders. It felt like waves and it was just neverending. Afterwards I was so completely exhausted that I just couldn't move for a while, and I was drenched. Didn't soak the bed or anything, but there was definitely a lot more of me than usual. lol.

It sounds like a bad mental opinion of your body.

Your vagina is not icky, and you should never feel gross when touching it. it is a tool to give you incredible pleasure!

If the concept of touching when you're just sitting around grosses you out, then try doing it in the bathtub; everythin washes away instantly, there's no smell or anything like that. Also, wetness can add a bit of a mental barrier between your fingers and your vagina. You can even try using a toy such as a vibrator to further distance your hand from your vagina.

The thing is, you probably won't ever enjoy sex fully and have an orgasm unless you touch and stimulate your clitoris, and that's final.

I was a woman who couldn’t have vaginal orgasms but after the treatment (Sentia and creams) I have them. The difference is enormous. Vaginal orgasm can’t be compared with clitoral.

okay sorry to say but that isn't final. i also hate touching myself and think its gross, i'd rather have my boyfriend do the work for me. so the only reason i know what i like and what pleasures me, its all because of my boyfriend. so yes the bathtub thing works but that doesnt mean its going to make her feel any different with touching her own vagina.

It saddens me to see women disgusted with their own bodies... the vagina is a thing of beauty and should be loved by its owner... Not hated...
