Painful ejaculation with blood clots in semen Posted: 03-30-07 09:39am
I was tested positive for Chlamydia two
months ago( 2months after exposure) and
received treatment, 30-40 days later I
tested again and was cured.
My current situation is discomfort when
ejaculating, it feels like somthing is
blocking my semen from exiting, alot of
pressure. Occasionally, I expell small
orange-brown solids in my semen. This
started happening approx 2 months after
Chlamydia infection, and continued since,
even after treatment.
I am very worried that I may have some
damage down there, this has never happened
before. Should I be concerned? What are
these solids that appear approx. 1 out of
every 4 times ejactulating? 1 month
before treatment for chlamydia I expelled
blood with semen for 3 days, and have not
since.
Please help and advise what I should do or
where my concern should lie.
In short, it pains when ejactulating,
solids appear often in semen, and I had
chlamydia a little while ago. What is your
diagnosis?

Orange-brown solids in the sperm could be
blood clots but must be diagnosed via
biochemical sperm analyses.
Microbiological sperm analyses should be
also done to confirm/exclude possible
genital infection. A rectal examination
and ultrasound scan of the prostate can be
also done. You can ask for an expert
opinion from an urologist.
