Quick Question About Switching Pills.
Posted: 04-01-07 16:17pm

I am switching from Yaz to Ortho Tricyclen Lo. I was just curious if people generally get the side effect all over again when switching pills? I mean, like when you first start your pills, the side effects you get, when switching do poeple get those again?
Thanks.

.i did not get side effects when switching from ortho-lo to loestrin 24, but .i think it depends on the amount of hormone changes being done to your body. .if you are worried you should call your docs office and they should be able to help you over the phone.

i would think switching to a lo dose wouldnt cause symptoms, i switched from tri nessa (ortho tri cyclin) to loestrin 28, loestrin has less progesterone cuz the tri nessa gave me massive headaches and crazy mood swings. day 3 so far on loestrin and no side affects.
