My doc said that I shouldn't eat Albocore tuna, because it has higher levels of mercury, but light tuna was fine.

Enjoy a tuna sandwich

A tuna sandwich sounds so good right now! Thanks a lot. Now I have a major craving!!! I am making lasagna and that really doesn't sound good compared to tuna!

My #1 craving with the last pregnancy was .Taco .Time all the time. This time, it is .Subway. I just can't get enough of sandwiches, especially with a lot of mustard. I was not a complete mustard fan before this pregnancy. Strange. I also have corn on the cob every night - literally! Got to love those cravings. At least my craving for cheese has subsided somewhat. I have already gained 27 pounds and am only 24 weeks pregnancy - what fun.

Taco time? is that like .Taco Bell? Oh gross!!! I couldn't even walk into a .Taco bell without gagging.

With my daughter I craved raw onions, and hot dogs with ranch dressing. Nasty I know!!!
I didn't really have any cravings with my son. I ate a lot of granny smith apples with salt, jet puffed marshmallows, and pepperoni pizza from pizza hut. None of which were cravings I couldn't live without.

I craved anything frozen....i hate hotdogs, but i am sure if it was frozen i would have eaten it. (gross i know.) I would freeze anything....i ate frozen carrots, corn, peas, melon, watermelon, apples, straw-blue-rasp-blackberrys, oranges, banannas, nuts, and then your normal frozen treats...and ooohhh i loved the slushy machine down the street at the quick-e-mart.....ack i would even freeze my own coke....55 mins in my freezer and i would have a nice slush!!

gen, i froze my cokes too. i needed all my drinks to be ice cold, which i didn't think was a craving but then i realized i haven't done that since i was pregnant. i froze my water too.

i craved taco bell and put cheese and sour cream on everything.

no wonder i gained so much.

Sunflower (forgot your name - I am horrible with names), even with your cravings you ate very healthy!! I am impressed! I actually meant Taco Bell. Taco Time seems to only be in WA state and I was in AZ during my last pregnancy. Yes, I "needed" that wonderful taco bell cheese on all of my food.
The whole craving for everything frozen is an interesting one!! very interesting.

Vanessa, you said that your baby weighed 2 pounds at 22 weeks. Holy cow! That is pretty big. My baby is weighing 1 pound, 2 ounces - weighed a few days ago at 24 weeks. I know ultrasounds aren't an exact science but the doctor said that is about right if you figure my last baby ended up weighing 7 pounds, 6 ounces. The doctor said this baby will most likely be around 7 pounds, too. Didn't you say that you were a big baby around 10 or 12 pounds???

I will post my picture on here probably tomorrow. I keep saying that...I can't say I am all belly right now. A lot of the weight has gone to my boobs, hips and butt! I honestly don't feel like a beautiful preggo woman. During my last pregnancy, I felt and looked pretty good - at least I thought so. Now I feel like a baby whale...just waiting for a few more weeks to turn into a full fledged whale. Oh well. I will try to wear the blubber with pride.

By the way, your belly looks so adorable!!!

I lost 13 lbs in the first three month, but then I gained that back and then gained 12 lbs on top of that. I came out of the hospital weighing less than i did before i got pregnant. yay for me!!! hehehehe.

Yeah i hardly ate any fast food....it made me sick to even go into those places...so i just wouldn't make the trip.

i envy people like you.. lol
I actually wished i would have had worse morning sickness .. oh well too late now..
yeah i was 12 and half pound and i was induced 2 weeks early so i guess well see what happens! I have another appointment on April 10th and i cant wait to see how much bigger she is already ..
Karin I feel you on the baby whale thing 100% .. Brianna takes all my oxygen too so it makes it rough to breath sometimes and then i feel like a morbidly obease person out of bed for the first time in months ekk! I actually dread the doctor now just for the scale.. I dont even want to know what i weigh right now.

i answered this in another thread, but in america the mayo you buy at the store is fine and you can eat as much as you want. pretty much everything in the .u.s. is pasteurized.

Well at my 3 month visit i had only gained 1 pound. I couldn't believe it. I have been craving a lot of fast food Sad But i been trying to be a good girl, and stay away. Maybe twice a week. Lots of eggs, pancakes, sausage, and OJ. lol At the begining it was blue raspberry slushies Hot dogs, and chinese food. I have found a lot of foods i have really enjoyed before i can't hardly do while pregnant. And my appitite (sp?) is pretty wacked out lol.
