Extremely Worried

This is my first time posting and am not sure what is exactly wrong with me, so this post may be somewhat complex and hard to follow.

For about a week I have not had a bowel movement, and everytime I thought I was having one only mucus and blood would come out. I took some ex-lax this weekend and still have been unable to have a bowel movement. It continuously feels as if I have had extremely rough anal sex if that information is beneficial to anybody.

In addition, I now have difficulty urinating due to the fact that everytime I attempt to urinate it feels like I'm having a bowel movement and therefore sometimes my attempts are unsuccessful. In the past 24 hours the blood has somewhat increased and my doctor's office is not open until Wednesday. Here is some other information about me to assist in those who may have advice:

a) I am a 22 year old homosexual male, free of any STDs
b) I am no longer able to eat and always feel full or sick to my stomach when I force myself to eat a snack
c) I have not been sexually active for 3 weeks
d) In a few of my attempts to pass a stool, the inside lining or "walls" of my anus have actually started to come out and at that point in time I stop.

This seems serious, especially when the exlax did not work. Can somebody help? Thanks!

You should call your doctor's office. He may not be in, but someone is always 'on call'.

I do believe, it says right on the exlax package that you shouldn't take it if you are bleeding from your anus. I could be wrong.

No one here will tell you anything other than to see a doctor, since no one could sufficiently diagnose any of the numerous issues that could be going on with your digestive system.

Call your doctor's office. If he isn't in, ask to speak with someone else.

Good luck!
