What Are Some Energy Boosting Foods/vitamins? Posted: 04-02-07 23:28pm
I've started working out (I have an online
journal that will be up in a day or too on
my site - link is the sig. I'll have all
my background info on there).
I am drained.
What are some good things I can eat to
perk me up?
I'm not going to start drinking coffee.
I'd much rather eat some fruit. Can fruit
boost you?
I'm also willing to take some vitamins.
Which ones are good for energy?
Thanks.

I usually take Superdrine although I dont
know if I should try something stimulant
free. Caffeine makes me a bit jitterry. My
doctor says to try Royal Bee Pollen as
well

GIVES ME ENERGY THAT LAST THE ENTIRE DAY,
A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP AND AN EXTRA PERK WAS I
HAVE LOST 18 POUNDS, JUST FROM THE
VITAMIN. IT COMES WITH A 30 DAY MONEY BACK
GUART. MAYBE YOU SHOULD TRY IT AND SEE HOW
IT WORKS FOR YOU.
