With females, "orgasm" and
"coming/cumming" are the same thing. Most
women do not have an ejaculation (cum)
that comes with their orgasm. So with a
female, it's a moot point. "Coming" and
"orgasming" for a woman is the same thing,
unless she's in the 5% of women who
squirt. So the asnwer for women is: The
majority of Females don't "cum" so they
always orgasm without
cumming... that is, they orgasm without
the physical act of ejaculation.
Now for men, orgasm almost always comes
with an ejaculation (cum). When males are
young, before puberty, they often orgasm
without "cumming" because they cannot yet
physically ejaculate. Once they hit
puberty, the only way to expereince a
full, completely satisfying orgasm is to
ejaculate (cum) along with it. Preventing
ejaculation can lead to prostate blockage.
SO for men, yes, they can orgasm without
"cumming" but it is neither healthy nor
satisfying.

Question: when i orgasm, i get like an
extra rush of stuff down there, and
afterwards there's basically loads of it
but it doesn't like shoot out like a
man's, so is this cumming? Or is this just
what happens?
