first of all, if you aren't willing to
change your life for your baby then why
are you asking these questions?
Secondly let me say anything in moderation
is ok.
can I eat shrimp?
**in moderation, i don't see why not, i
did.**
I like rice and tea can I still have them?
**rice, yes!! Tea, i don't see why not.
there are certian types that aren't good,
i would ask your OB-GYN**
Can I do crunches still?
**I would say not**
Can I do push ups or weights in my first 2
trimesters?
**maybe, ask your obgyn**
Can I ride a moped?
**sure why not? but safety is the key**
Can I eat clam chowder and ramen? Cause I
love soup ^_^
**ramen...sure, but clam??? not too
sure....ask your obgyn to be sure it's
safe...i couldnt' really find anything
about clam on google**
should I avoid having a messenger bag
instead of a backpack for schools?
**that is your choice, you can ask your
doctor, but unless your having
complications of sorts, then it's your
choice. **
Should I avoid heavy books and lifting
wile in the first trimester?
**I think it's some where between 15 or
more lbs unless your having
complications**
Should I avoid all smokers at any cost or
is it ok to be around them here and there?
**here and there is fine, but why dont'you
just stay away from them while they are
smoking just to be safe.**
Can I still have recies puffs and sugary
cereals or is it all about fiber?
**your vits should cover it unless you get
constapted, then fiber will help**
I should avoid coffees and caffeines but
can I still have chocolates and suckers
every now and then?
**I still drand coffee and cokes whenever
i wanted one....which wasn't often. and
sure you can have chocolates and
suckers...i dont' see it as a problem. **
Should I not each chinese and mexican
foods?
**it's fine to eat these...I did.**
You should ask your doctor these questions
just incase. good luck
