from what i found, no you don't need to be
treated for thrush unless you having some
pain or burning or itching or little red
bumps on your...er....little man...If you
are worried about this then you can make
an appointment with your doctor and have
it checked out. that is never a bad idea
when it comes to your manly bits.

That simply means that her cervix is
swollen. It may or may not have anything
to deal with you or sex at all. As the
previous post said, if you do feel the
need to go to a doctor you should, of
course, go. No reason in worrying when you
don't have to be.
