ugh ntl (our isp) got bought out by virgin media.
£35.00 per month internet
£11.00 per month phone
£20.50 per month tv
£66.50 per month right???

well last month the direct debit was for £150 and the month before - Steve hadn't got around to calling them because of his work hours.

So today I tried ringing my dad and I can't dial out.
Come to find out that they have cut our services to the bare minimum for "non-payment" what? Evil or
Very Mad
They are saying the outstanding is £430??? errrrr hello

so yeah, there's a risk right now that we might lose the internet but it will be temporary.

sucks ugh Rolling Eyes

judging by the monetary numbers it looks like we are being charged double each month.
they've got all our account details. they are saying that because of one late payment back in feb that they cancelled the direct debit (why?) and they haven't bothered to tell us (yeah, that's great, well done virgin).

Danni, Steve works for Orange business services (currently based at airbus {A380}), not the customer/internet side. and as an isp orange have been rated the very worst and their care of their staff (at least in business side) is crap Evil or

Oh oh oh Let me call I'm great at getting stuff like that handled I do it for my clients all the time!

Seriously thought that sucks, call a lot tell them to make a note of everything. The you also need to keep notes, when did you call what did they tell you. Just basics but if you can call they back and say I called you on April 1st about Blah blah blah and you said ..... they normaly start paying attation.

OMG what????

Kind of what happened to me too.

They put a cap on download/bandwith limit on highspeed so I went back down to dsl excet they forgot to mention that the dsl is now basic so 32-56kb, so my internet is sooooooo slow. It's like I have dial up. THat's why I haven't been on from home in a while. I'm going back up to ultra highspeed on Tuesday. grrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I hate phone companies!!!

I work for .Yellow .pages, but we're just directories not phones. lol
