I was just wondering if (you) found out
what the cracking noise was in your
belly...... I never did. Please let me
know.

Pregnancy Sounds Posted: 02-23-04 23:23pm
I meant to ask my doctor two weeks ago but
it slipped my mind.
I asked him, today, if he had previously
heard of those cracking sounds.
He hadn't - but he wasn't surprised,
either. He said it may be the babies
joints popping, and then talked about how
many crazy things that happen in a
pregnancy that never end up being anything
bad.
That's probably why no one seems to know
about that sound, except for those of us
that hear it.
I would prefer to know exactly what it is
... But that's okay.
I had heard that cracking before and my
other two babies were perfect!

Ive been to the doctor since then and he
didnt say ne thing was wrong..He said she
sounded beautiful...And everything was
perfect..So I dunno...Im prayin everything
will be ok..
The (popping/snapping) sound I heard when
I was pregnant, ended up
being in my daughters right shoulder ...
She's almost 8 months old and it still
snaps, (just like my ankles/wrists do) and
she is perfectly healthy. My 14 year old
did the same thing before she was born -
but it ended up being her elbow. She
was/is perfectly healthy too, so ...
Don't worry!!!
How could that snapping be so loud? I
think, it's amplified through the water
and 'tension' of your uterus. A unique
sound for a unique baby. Consider it
awesome, because it is!
Take care and enjoy that little one!
