How Long Are Your Cycles?
Posted: 04-05-07 11:34am

I am in no way regular. I so far I have had two cycles (if that is what you want to call them) the first was 8 days and the second was 10. I was just curious to see were everyone else is. Something to look forward to I guess Laughing

I haven't been on birth control for several years, but my periods for a long time were very weird. I used to get my period about every 21 days, then it would go to 24, then 28, so it was all over the place. That was about 3 years ago. Well I have been tracking them since last September and since then they have ranged from 25 to 27 days. When I was taking the Ovulex for the two months, they regulated to 26 days. It was weird though before the Ovulex, it was 25 days one month and then 27 days then next month. I talked to my mom about it and she said she used to get the same thing. I guess we have different cycles dependent on which overy we are releasing from. Who knows. So I usually say I have a 26 day cycle.

Wow, that must be nice to have some regularity in your life. I would kill for some of that. I don't know that I have ever been that regular, except when I was on the pill.

26 Days

I have a very regular 26 day cycle. But like I mentioned in another post, I'm on cd 28 right now. I think I'm late due to Clomid as I don't have any pregnancy symptoms (or PMS symptoms for that matter).
I took a hpt test 2 days ago and got BFN. So we'll see what the Easter Weekend brings....hopefully a little Easter Bunny Very
Happy

I think you may be confusing how to calculate a cycle. a cycle starts the first day you have a period and ends the day before your next period starts. An 8 day cycle like you said you have would mean that you started your period on one day, say april 1st, and then began a new one 8 days later, say on april 9th. If that is correct, I would probably talk to my doctor.
